Yoga Pose – Tree

 

Tree pose, also known as Vrksasana according to The British Wheel of Yoga.

The benefit of this pose is encouraging and improving body balance and concentration.

This is one of my favorite poses that I use to keep myself focused. Beginners should not expect to be able to achieve right away, it’s a gradual process, give it try first for a few second, then a few minutes, starting from hands down, then try moving up gradually.
