Yoga Pose – Tiger

Tiger pose, VYAGHRASANA, this is a pose could help to relieve pains affecting the back. It also exercises and loosens the back by bending it alternately in both directions, harmonizing the spinal nerves.

I find the balancing on this pose a bit tricky at the beginning, but a very stretching pose for the back muscle!
