Apple Cinnamon Milkshake

Ingredients for this milkshake 

  • A cup of milk
  • A medium-sized apple
  • A small bunch of grapes
  • A tea spoonful of cinnamon powder
  • A tea spoonful of maple syrup if you prefer a sweet flavour
  • A dice of crystal ginger

Now everything is ready to go into blender.  1-2 minutes the milkshake is ready to consume! This also depends on the power of your blender, please check your blener’s manufacture instruction.
